Build a small campaign from verified facts

Create three consistent marketing drafts from one factual source brief.

Before you start

A chat assistant and a fictional product or event with verified details. An image tool is optional.

Why this lesson exists

The campaign posts connect a single brief to multiple formats. The useful skill is preserving facts and audience fit as the format changes.

Do the exercise

  1. Create the source brief

Record the offer, audience, date, location, price if verified, evidence and desired action. Label missing facts. Do not ask the model to fill factual gaps creatively.

  2. Adapt to three channels

Request an email draft, a social post and a landing-page introduction. Keep one action across all three while adapting length and context.

  3. Check claims and consistency

Compare every date, quantity, testimonial and product claim with the brief. Remove unsupported urgency, guarantees and invented customer stories.

  4. Review before publication

Have the owner check facts and intended audience. For regulated industries, route the copy through the relevant review process. Save approved copy as the source for future variations.

A prompt to adapt

Replace the bracketed parts with your own practice details.

Using only this verified brief [brief], draft a short email, social post and landing-page introduction for [audience]. All three should lead to [action]. Preserve facts exactly, mark missing information and list every claim needing review. Do not invent testimonials, scarcity or results.

What this looks like

If the event runs from six to eight, every channel should say that. “Doors open at five” is not a harmless creative detail unless the brief supports it.

Check your result

Use evidence from your output. A confident explanation from the AI is not enough.

  • All drafts use the same verified facts.
  • Each has one clear action.
  • An accountable person has reviewed the final claims.

If it isn’t working

If marketing language outruns the evidence, ask for a plain factual rewrite. For property advertising, describe verified property features and obtain appropriate compliance review rather than inferring who should live there.
